Why Mediation?

Why Mediation?

Conflicts in partnerships, teams and families can put a strain on relationships and tie up valuable resources. However, crises and conflicts can also be a wonderful opportunity to improve and deepen these relationships.

The open communication within the framework of a mediation process enables all participants to listen better to each other and to deal constructively with criticism, disagreements and the associated feelings such as anger, frustration and disappointment.

Mediation can thus become the basis of a more sustainable dialogue and conflict culture in your family, partnership or organization. It increases the willingness to give and accept feedback because of the increasing trust levels of those involved in the process.

Since the jointly and independently developed solutions take into account the interests of all involved, there is no "loser" but a win-win situation and all parties have a strong interest in supporting the solutions.

The skills and insights acquired in the mediation process offer diverse opportunities to learn and deepen relationships far beyond the current conflict.
